Ж recently, a seminar was held for the secretaries of district and city counter-terrorism committees (ТҚК) organized by the Counter-Terrorism Center of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Turkistan region. The event brought together secretaries to discuss various aspects of preventive work, particularly in relation to minors and the coordination of activities concerning terrorist-vulnerable facilities.

During the seminar, participants focused on new directions for preventive measures and the unique challenges involved in working with minors. Key issues regarding the coordination of operations at facilities considered vulnerable to terrorism were explained and discussed in detail.

Additionally, methodological and practical assistance was provided to newly appointed secretaries, including an explanation of the requirements of normative legal acts and algorithms. The staff of the regional ТҚК apparatus also evaluated the work of district and city secretaries, offering recommendations to improve the performance of those areas that showed lower results.
During the discussions, the importance of strict compliance with the protocol tasks set by the Republican Counter-Terrorism Center, as well as the regional and district ТҚК, was emphasized. At the conclusion of the seminar, a test prepared by the Counter-Terrorism Center's headquarters was administered, and the results were discussed further.
Looking ahead, it was announced that field trips would be organized to provide methodological and practical assistance to the members of the regional ТҚК in the districts and cities, highlighting the necessity of readiness for these activities.
